An admitted solicitor for almost 40 years, Richard Crowe has a substantial range of experience in civil and commercial litigation, including personal injury and landlord and tenant matters (acting for both landlords and tenants). He also represents clients in mediation, attempting to settle matters without the need for court action
Tim is a solicitor in our Wills & Probate department. He has specialised in this area of law throughout his legal career and is able to advise clients in relation to Wills and probate matters. Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection work, trusts, tax and elderly client issues such as residential care fees planning.
Kim joined the firm in September 2009 as a paralegal and has now qualified as a solicitor having completed her training contract with the firm. Kim currently works in the private client department dealing with the preparation of Wills, Powers of Attorney and the administration of Estates. Kim also assists in the litigation department where she undertakes all aspects of Personal Injury Claims.
