An Explanation of our Accreditations
At Alexander & Co Solicitors LLP, we are always striving for excellence in the delivery of legal advice and client service. We are proud of the accreditations that we have, and this article tells you about some of them.
Following a recent annual audit, the firm was once again awarded the Lexcel accreditation, which recognises the firm's commitment to and achievements in delivery of high-quality case management and client care.
Law firms that have the Lexcel Accreditation must follow rules and guidelines that help raise standards and promote a high-quality approach to the management of the practice and clients' cases.
Sarah Nash, a Solicitor in our Wills and Probate Team, has been a STEP member since 2008.
STEP is a global professional body, comprising lawyers, accountants, financial advisors and other practitioners that help families plan for their futures. STEP sets standards, trains and educates the members, and ensures standards are upheld.
Full STEP members, known as TEPs (Trust and Estate Practitioners) are specialists in inheritance and succession planning. STEP members draft wills and trusts, administer estates, act as trustees and advise families on how best to structure their finances to ensure compliance and preserve their assets for future generations. Sarah can advise and assist in relation to all of these matters.
We are proud to have achieved the high standards of practice and integrity required to become accredited with the Law Society's Wills and Inheritance Quality Scheme. This scheme's logo is your guarantee that our practice will provide high quality will drafting, probate and estate administration services.
We will carry out our work for you in accordance with the good practice standards of the Law Society's Wills and Inheritance Protocol.
